Customize your Knowledge Library content with cover images for Categories
Category editors can now add custom cover images to Categories and Subcategories on Knowledge Library to create a more visual and branded experience in Knowledge Library. Go to the Help Center to read more about hero images for Categories.
Report content in Knowledge Library
Any user can now report content in Knowledge Library to admins on Workplace. Admins can then review the content, chat with the person who reported it and choose to hide the Category until the issue is resolved. Simplified provisioning & invites
We are making it easier to provision and invite users. You can now bulk provision accounts via API even for users with email addresses on domains you have not verified, including free email accounts. If you have verified your user’s email domain, you now can now customize the invitation email you send them and encourage them to claim their accounts.

Permanently delete deactivated claimed accounts from the Admin Panel. Deleting an account removes the user’s account as well as all of the user’s posts, comments, and messages. To prevent unintended account deletions we have added admin account protections prior to deletion. Accounts cannot be deleted within 24 hours of a password reset.

Updating security reports
Updated versions of our security reports are now available. Customers can find the SOC2 and the NCC Penetration test in the Certifications tab of the Security section of the Admin Panel. Our ISO 27001 and our SOC3 are available to the public and can be found on the Security and Governance page of the Technical Resources.
